UKCP Accredited Contemporary Psychotherapist & Integrative Coach
Contemporary psychotherapy to help you slow down, explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, and find new ways of responding to life’s challenges — especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck — so you can feel more grounded, confident and connected, not just survive, but truly thrive.
How I Can Support You
You might come to therapy if you are:
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck
Experiencing difficulties in relationships
Struggling with self-worth or identity
Noticing repeating patterns you don’t fully understand
Navigating life transitions or change
Therapy offers space to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
About Me
I’m Nina, a contemporary psychotherapist and integrative coach, a former personal trainer, and a mother of two.
I care deeply about creating a therapeutic space where you feel safe, understood, and able to be yourself. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, genuine curiosity, and compassionate support.
I’m passionate about helping people develop self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper connection to themselves — not just for today, but for the long term.
I am based in Sandwich, working with clients across Kent and online throughout the UK.
My Approach
My work is informed by contemporary psychotherapy and shaped by the belief that therapy should adapt to the individual — not the other way around.
I work in a relational, collaborative way, taking time to truly listen and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore the roots of your difficulties and identify new ways of responding that feel supportive and sustainable.
Sessions may include reflective conversation alongside body-aware, nervous-system-informed awareness. Where helpful, I may encourage gentle reflection or experimentation between sessions to support ongoing change.
Therapy with me is not only about processing difficulty, but also about noticing progress, celebrating growth, and embedding lasting change.

Psychotherapy Sessions are 50 minutes.
For coaching sessions you can choose between 50 minutes or 90 minutes. The majority of clients find 90 minutes most effective.
-
In your first psychotherapy session we will explore what is bringing you to therapy and what you hope to achieve (don’t worry if you are unsure of this - we will figure it out together). I will ask you about your current support system, lifestyle and enquire about any significant events that might be helpful for me to know. I will guide you through the session and we will go at your pace.
