Integrative Coaching

Practical, supportive coaching to help you move forward, build confidence, and create change in your everyday life.

Coaching offers a more forward-focused space to support change, growth, and action.

As an integrative coach and NLP practitioner, my work combines reflective conversation with practical tools to help you gain clarity, understand your patterns of thinking and behaviour, and move towards your goals in a way that feels grounded and realistic.

I work collaboratively, offering encouragement alongside gentle challenge where it feels supportive. Coaching may include identifying unhelpful patterns, experimenting with new ways of thinking or responding, and setting practical steps to support change between sessions.

My background as a psychotherapist, NLP practitioner, and former personal trainer means I take a whole-person approach — working with both mind and body to support sustainable, meaningful change.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is used as a supportive framework to explore how thinking, language, and behaviour shape experience, and to help identify practical ways of creating change that feel achievable and aligned.

Therapy vs Coaching

How are therapy and coaching different?

Both therapy and coaching can support change and personal growth, but they work in different ways.

Psychotherapy

  • Explores emotional difficulties, patterns and inner experiences

  • Works with past and present experiences, including trauma

  • Supports nervous system regulation and emotional processing

  • Helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or emotionally distressed

  • Usually open-ended and responsive to your needs

Coaching

  • Focuses on the present and future rather than the past

  • Supports clarity, decision-making and goal-setting

  • Helps you develop new perspectives, skills and strategies

  • Useful if you’re feeling generally stable but wanting change or direction

  • Often more structured and time-limited
