About Me:

I’m Nina — a contemporary psychotherapist and integrative coach with a warm, relational approach. I specialise in supporting adults who want a safe, authentic space to explore patterns, understand themselves more deeply, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My Philosophy

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey — a space where you are listened to, understood, and met with genuine care. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in discovering clarity, resilience, and new ways of responding. Rather than applying one fixed method, I work adaptively with you, integrating approaches like reflective dialogue, nervous-system-awareness, and neuro-linguistic understanding to create an approach that fits you. I believe therapy is a co-constructed process — your experience and expertise meet my relational, reflective support to build insight and sustainable change.

A Personal Note

I’m also a qualified personal trainer and a mother of two — roles that have taught me a lot about resilience, cycle of change, and real human experience. My own life journey shapes how I show up in the room: wholeheartedly and with authentic presence.
